Through, not around

Many of us, if not most, do everything we can to avoid crises. However, some people claim that we need them to develop and evolve. If we try to avoid every problem we encounter, chances are that we get stifled and anyway, sooner or later, we'll get hit head on with a crisis that will leave us paralyzed. There's nothing good with bad things but the way to go is through crises, of course not seek them out, but when they come, we should deal with them wisely and grow from the experience. A crisis can be the turning point we need to get out of a rut or a bad habit. It could be an opportunity at something better. What's your crisis? The way to the other side is through it, not around.
